Tolcarne Beach
A very popular family beach with good facilities on hand, including the Kahuna restaurant, Tolcarne is a wide expanse of sand backed by tall cliffs. A5 minute walk from the town centre it is popular with surfers, bodyboarders and sunbathers, since it is quite sheltered. Around the edge of the beach are attractive rows of beach huts. Close to the town centre, it is handy for those wanting to pop into the shops, and the 200 steps up and down will help work off the ice creams!
