Seapoint is an intimate collection of recently refurbished apartments. 8 Seapoint is a first floor apartment with sea views and a balcony.

Situated in an enviable position on a relatively quiet residential road, the apartments benefit from a central location close to the shops, restaurants and bars of the town centre, whilst Towan Beach is within a 5 minute walk.

Guests at Seapoint also have free use of the facilities at the Trebarwith hotel opposite including the swimming pool, cinema, bar, restaurant and private access to Towan Beach (these facilities are available between 2nd April 2010 and 30th October 2010).
