Rocklands is a unique development situated in the heart of Newquay. It's a beautiful contemporary design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and has luxurious interiors designed to create a unique living experience. It houses thirty-six apartments and two penthouses, all perched on top of a cliff overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay.

Apartment 21 is located on the fourth floor of the west wing of the development, with a balcony off the living area overlooking Tolcarne Beach and out to sea with views across the town from the bedrooms.
