Rocklands is a unique development situated in the heart of Newquay. It's a beautiful contemporary design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and has luxurious interiors designed to create a unique living experience. It houses thirty-six apartments and two penthouses, all perched on top of a cliff overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay.

Apartment 19 is a studio apartment on the fourth floor with a balcony over looking Tocarne Beach and out to sea. There is a double bed and an occasional sofa bed which can accommodate two additional guests.

Although this property does not have allocated parking , the nearest long stay car park , Oakleigh Terrace is within a 2 minute walk. Weekly car parking permits can be purchased at the cost of £35.00 from The Tourist Information centre on Marcus Hill in the centre of Newquay, a 10 minute walk away from Rocklands.
